Is Limited Brands an Equal Opportunity Employer?

We are an equal opportunity employer and it is the duty and responsibility of every associate to create and maintain an environment free of discriminatory acts or behavior. It is our policy to recruit, hire, train, promote, assign, compensate and, in all ways, treat persons in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws and without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, sexual orientation or marital status.

How many associates does the Company employ?

Limited Brands employs more than 100,000 associates and has approximately 200,000 shareholders.

How can I be sure that a position I find online hasn't already been filled?

Every effort will be made to remove job postings as soon as a position is filled.

Will Limited Brands relocate newly hired associates?

Yes, for qualifying positions. We know that starting a new job is stressful enough, but doing it in a new city can be downright frustrating. We will do all we can to make your transition as seamless as possible.

Does Limited Brands promote from within? Is there any opportunity for career advancement between divisions?

Absolutely. Limited Brands believes in contributing to the personal and professional growth of our people. This includes within and between our brands for home office, design office, field and distribution positions. In fact, we work to promote internal opportunities to current associates before extending an offer to external candidates.

What is the interview process like?

In most cases, if you're called to come in for an interview, you'll meet with a member of our Human Resources team. If there's a potential fit, you can anticipate meeting with several other individuals before a hiring decision is made. This may require more than one visit to our offices or stores. Of course, references will be checked before we extend any employment offer. Certain positions may also require a skill test, drug screen and/or background check prior to employment.

I submitted my personal profile online a couple of days ago. What happens next?

You should have already received an acknowledgement that your personal profile has been received. If your qualifications match the requirements of a current opening, a member of our Human Resources team will contact you to set up an interview appointment.
